Before our initial phone consultation, I’ll ask you to complete an initial questionnaire. This will allow me to gain a holistic view of your child's current sleep patterns and daily routine, and identify any underlying issues that may be disrupting their sleep. Your responses will help me understand your unique situation and highlight areas where we can make gentle changes.

 

30-Minute Pre-Visit Consultation Call and 2-3-Hour In-Home Visit

We’ll begin with a relaxed 30-minute phone chat to discuss your child’s sleep, your family’s needs, and any challenges you’re facing. This gives us a chance to connect, clarify your goals, and ensure the home visit is tailored to your situation.

During our home visit, I’ll be right there with you, offering hands-on, personalised support with sleep and settling during nap time or bedtime. You'll receive gentle, practical guidance throughout—everything tailored to your little one and what feels right for your family.

Personalised Sleep Plan

Within 24 hours of my visit, you’ll receive your personalised, easy-to-follow sleep plan so you can move forward with confidence. It will include step-by-step guidance based on what we covered, along with age-appropriate, practical tips on sleep, nutrition, routines, and managing common regressions—all designed to support your little one’s sleep holistically.

Two Weeks of Unlimited Text Support, One 30-Minute Troubleshooting Call, and One Wrap-Up Call

You’ll have two weeks of sleep log tracking and unlimited text support available during working hours. I’ll be there to answer your questions, provide ongoing advice and encouragement, and tweak the plan as needed—helping you stay on track and feel reassured.

 

This package also includes one 30-minute troubleshooting call that can be used anytime during your two-week support period, as well as a wrap-up success call to celebrate your family's wins.
